June 2019 PA Court Ruling Allows Civil Abuse Case to Proceed

July 2019 — A Pennsylvania court has ruled to allow a Pennsylvania woman to pursue her civil case against the priest who sexually abused her as a child. This is seen by many as a “game changer” in the area of concealment and fraud to prevent civil lawsuits for child sex abuse in Penna. The first link is to the court ruling:
